Welcome to Pricerix ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile
application ("App"), which provides price tracking service on a subscription basis. By accessing or using our App,
you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must
not use our App.
2. Subscription Plans
2.1 Free Subscription Plan
- Features: The Free Subscription Plan provides access to basic number of price tracking slots.
- Information Collected: We collect only your device ID to ensure the functionality of the App.
Optionally, you may provide your email address, which will be used solely to respond to your support
inquiries and to confirm your desire to migrate your account to another mobile device.
2.2 Paid Subscription Plans
- Features: The Paid Subscription Plans offers additional tracking slots and features beyond the Free Plan.
- Information Collected: In addition to your device ID, we collect your email address to manage your
subscription, to respond to your support inquiries and to confirm your desire to migrate your account
to another mobile device.
3. Account Creation
The account is tied to your device ID and is created automatically when you add your first tracker to the app.
4. Subscription Fees
4.1 Payment
- Free Plan: No payment is required for the Free Subscription Plan.
- Paid Plans: Payment for the Paid Subscription Plan is required. Subscription fees are billed on a
recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4.2 Billing and Renewals
- Billing: Payments for the Paid Subscription Plan will be processed through a third-party payment processor.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Renewals: Subscriptions to the Paid Plan automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel
your subscription before the end of the current billing period. You will be charged the applicable renewal fee at
the start of each new billing period.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation: You may cancel your Paid Subscription Plan at any time through the payment processor's control panel.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or in accordance with our refund
policy, if any.
6. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from:

Using the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other
party's use and enjoyment of the App. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, computer
systems, or networks connected to the App. Engaging in any activity that could result in the transmission of malware,
viruses, or other harmful code.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and
software, are the exclusive property of Pricerix or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- Disclaimers: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or
implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in
connection with your use of the App.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pricerix, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors,
employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the
updated Terms on our App or by other means. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes
your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice,
for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
